Most events are scheduled on weekends. At Rockstar Rental, our standard delivery is 1-3 days prior to your reservation. This means most of our deliveries are scheduled for Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays.
Why not deliver the day of the event?
Well there are a few reasons for this... First and foremost, we do not want you to have any concerns that your delivery has not arrived and is properly functioning in plenty of time before your event.
Secondly, it is physically impossible for us to deliver our entire fleet on Saturday morning.
We understand there may be some circumstances where your venue or other limitations may require us to deliver on a specific date. We ask that you discuss these limitations with us while placing your reservation.
We will do our best to accommodate any specific delivery requests and limitations.
The week before your event you will receive an email from us letting you know what day your delivery will be. Your driver will call 1-2 hours in advance the day of your delivery to let you know they are heading your way.
